    Great little joint. Authentic food and nice people! Owner even took our order. Had an enchilada combo and my dad had the steak fajitas. Fantastic! Dessert was sopapillas and they were great!

    I had the tacos....a little dry.
    Chios and salsa tasty & spicy.
    Wife had the ocho loco...tasted great!
    Restaurant nothing to write home about, but is a welcome addition to the neighborhood.
    When the patio opens will be better. The inside needs some polishing.

    Another outstanding meal!! This time we ordered through door dash. Delivery was about 30 minutes!! Food arrived hot!! The street tacos are unreal!! Make sure u ask Luis for the house made hot sauce if you like spicy.
    Prices are unreal for the amount of food you get!!!!

    Street Tacos! Street Tacos! and Street Tacos!
    I've traveled extensively through Hispanic cultures and I can say with confidence that this is truly one of the best experiences I've had this side of the Rio Grande. I compare everything here to La Mexicana in Newport and Taqueria Cruz in Covington and El Ocho Loco makes the grade. Did I mention Street Tacos? I'm looking forward to exploring more of their menu in the coming months, but everything I've had here so far has been superb. Did I mention Street Tacos? ~smile~

    I ordered El Ocho Loco from Uber Eats and it took quite a while to come. The menu was difficult to order from and I wasn't quite sure what I was ordering. I ended up ordering 2 shrimp tacos and 3 chicken tacos and rice and beans and a chicken quesadilla for my son. Surprisingly I wasn't super impressed. It all seemed kind of bland and boring. The tacos were good but it needed something more than just cilantro, like some sort of sauce or cheese and the quesadilla was soggy and had no flavor whatsoever. It wasn't bad but it wasn't really good either.
